BIM modelling, coordination and construction documents for a 129,000 sq ft, five-level multipurpose building in Jurong, Singapore.
We started on fire protection, where the inherited model had large coordination gaps and was out of step with 2D AutoCAD changes. After correcting it, we were given the full ACMV scope, bringing both trades into one Revit workflow.
