Full MEP model for a sterile services and aseptic pharmacy facility, from RIBA Stage 3 design to Stage 6 as-built handover.
About the project
A high-specification healthcare facility on the Adanac Health and Innovation Campus, with a Sterile Services Department and an Aseptic Pharmacy unit needing cleanroom air quality and tight service routing.
We developed the complete MEP model from RIBA Stage 3 through Stage 5 construction coordination, then the Stage 6 as-built handover. HEPA ductwork, clean steam, compressed air, medical gases, pure water, reverse osmosis, domestic services and builders’ work openings were all coordinated.
