Pool piping model upgraded from LOD 300 to LOD 400, with plant room rerouting and Addendum 09 changes coordinated.
About the project
We were engaged to review and upgrade the pool piping model for the Bethesda Library and Community Center. The inherited LOD 300 model needed full detailing, multi-trade coordination, a constructability review and major design changes.
We developed the model to LOD 400, improving pipe routing, equipment access, wall penetrations and plant room layout, and took in the Addendum 09 revisions and specialist Myrtha Breathe equipment.
