A 39,000 sq ft school known for its curved architecture, exposed glulam timber frame and acoustic classroom layouts.
We provided full MEP BIM modelling and coordination at LOD 350, routing straight ductwork, VRF lines, drainage and conduits along curved walls and through timber beams without spoiling sightlines or acoustic ratings.
